The food is delicious. The portions are huge, and the price is inexpensive. I stopped in for lunch and ate the hamburger steak (hold the mushrooms), mashed potatoes, and green beans. Each meal comes with 2 deviled eggs and a yeast roll! Big Chill has a great drink selection and happy hours through out the week. The Big Chill and Grill goes all out. 10/10 recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegetable plate and salads ? Parking: Inexpensive paid parking nearby.

Absolutely amazing food and the staff is THE BEST!!!! I work right next door at the gym and having them as my work neighbors makes lunch amazing always and enjoyable! Always super clean and inviting!!! ?

I recently dined at Big Chill, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. From start to finish, the visit was a disaster. First, the food was absolutely horrible. My dish was overcooked, lacked flavor, and was served lukewarm at best. When I brought this to the attention of our server, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. The real low point, however, was the manager’s attitude. When I politely asked to speak with them about the food quality, they approached our table with a hostile demeanor. Instead of addressing my concerns, the manager was rude and defensive, showing no interest in resolving the issue or even offering an apology. Overall, the combination of terrible food and atrocious customer service made for a truly awful dining experience. I would not recommend Big Chill to anyone looking for a pleasant meal or respectful service.

Food was tasty .service was awful...my waitress appeared to be twerking and her clothing looked filthy....needless to say I will not be returning....Again food was tasty...Service needs to be improved

A group of six friends and coworkers went to this restaurant for lunch because two of my friends had recommended it. I ordered a vegetarian black bean burger which was good, as well as some fried okra. Unfortunately, my Strawberry Margarita was not enjoyable as it lacked flavor and had very little alcohol. One of my friends ordered a salad with blue cheese dressing and was charged extra for it, which was surprising as dressings are typically included with salads. The deviled eggs that three of my friends ordered were described as disgusting. Another friend ordered a plate that was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and gravy, but the gravy was missing. When she asked for it, she was charged extra. The chicken Alfredo ordered by a different friend had very little pasta in it. The friend who had recommended the restaurant ordered fish tacos and found them to be horrible with no seasoning or flavor. When she asked the manager about it, she was met with a rude attitude and no attempt to address the issue. The staff also added a tip to each of our separate tickets without our consent. The manager later accused one of our friends of refusing to pay for fish tacos that she never ordered, even though they were listed on her ticket. Overall, the poor food quality, extra charges, and rude treatment of my friends make me never want to return to this restaurant. Other diners at nearby tables also expressed dissatisfaction with their meals and vowed not to return. I do not recommend this place.
