Taco Bell - Chattanooga

Order is usually correct but there oil is ALWAYS burnt that they fry stuff in . The cinnamon twist and Mexican pis is gross because of this. This has been going on for a few months now.

Got 2 beef soft tacos that didn't hardly have any beef at all!! Then we also got 3 beef burrito but only 2 we're in the bag after we got home! Was a total waste of money time! And to beat it all they don't have a BEEF taco or BEEF burrito button on the registers at a brand new store!! WTH?? They said that they have a BEAN button the bean but add beef! Really? At a BRAND NEW TACO BELL???

Made an online order to pick up in store but the lobby was locked. Went through the drive thru and was left sitting at the speaker. After ten minutes, I asked if anyone was there and got a snappy answer. I pull to the window and was patronized about mentioning the locked doors of the lobby.I'm hearing impaired and the drive thru is hard on me. My order was suppose to be done at 3.07 and was done at 3.40 instead.

Its Amazing how much location plays a role into how a fast food restaurant serves its customers. This is a new building same spot as before, the food was excellent and service was great I really enjoyed my visit and I will be back.

Love this location. Even when cars are wrapped around the building the workers are always very nice and patient and super fast at having your order ready.
