Starbucks - Chattanooga

Emma is amazing! She made my drink perfectly, and I wish she could be the one to make it every time.

The coffee was excellent, just like always, and our order was prepared promptly.

I walked in to pick up something so simple and never got greeted. no one ever said I word to me I stood there for five minutes and still had every single worker stare at me without saying a word. i’ve honestly never had a bad experience but if you can’t even say a simple hello to your customers you need a better job. i’m highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism by all of them. even if they were busy a simple “hey welcome in we will be with you shortly” is better than nothing at all.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. I've never left feeling disappointed. Thank you for everything you do!

Arrived at the drive thru, Brainerd Road, and was overwhelmed by the amount of trash at the drive thru order menu. When I mentioned it to the person who asked what I wanted to order, they simply ignored what I said about the trash and with a slight attitude repeated their original question. When I got to the order window I asked if she mentioned the trash issue to her manager, she said no and quote “we don’t care because people are crazy”
