Nice date night with my husband. The service was excellent, like the food.

My only complaint has to do with the temperature of the place we sat and the temperature of the food. There was a cold design where we sat, and I think it influenced the temperature of food. Even with the steak in a 500 degree space, it did not take long until it cool down. Oddly, my steak was even cool in the middle, so I sent it back. When it came back, it was better for a while and then cooled down again. The sides were cold fast and who likes cold Au-Gratin potatoes and spinach. The taste of the food was great first, but the price is just a little much. Overall, it was not my best experience at Ruth’s Chris.

Great experience as usual. It's expensive, but it's worth it.

My wife and I ate at this location for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Few points of topic: 1) atmosphere- the decor was very old along with the chairs and carpet. It felt like we were in a big conference room at a hotel (which it appears it was). Towards the end of the meal, we both felt as if we were going to fall asleep. 2) food/drinks- the bread was stale. We ordered a Smokey Paloma and strawberry marg. Both were delicious. Cesar salad was great along with the Ruth’s salad. My wife ordered the chicken, which she said was amazing. I ordered the NY strip medium rare. It was ultimately seasoned well and tasted good. However, it was very gristlely. Very tough to eat and made the steak somewhat off putting. Definitely not worth the $57 price tag. Sweet potatoe casserole and brussel sprouts were amazing as a side. And the chocolate mouse cheesecake was decadent. 3) Service- our waitress Mary, was very nice and explained to us the history of the restaurant. It was a nice touch they put anniversary confetti on the table. However, the white glove service that seems to be expected from such an establishment was lacking. Overall, for the price we paid, we were definitely expecting a lot more out of our diner experience. 7.6/10.
