Hong Kong Chinese - Chattanooga

This is the best Chinese restaurant in town and it is family-owned. I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years since I discovered it. The owner is friendly and always makes sure that you are satisfied with your order. The food is absolutely delicious and definitely worth the trip.

I absolutely adore Hong Kong. I have been dining at China House Hong Kong since their grand opening many years ago. The staff at both locations know me personally. I have always enjoyed the delicious food at Hong Kong — I have never encountered anything that tasted or smelled unpleasant. My go-to dishes are the Singapore Chow Mein Fun, hot and sour soup, and the Shanghai egg rolls.

This Chinese restaurant is the best in town. I have been a customer here since I was a kid and have never been disappointed with the food. My favorite dish is the Kung Pao Chicken, which used to come with whole baby mushrooms. Even though they no longer include mushrooms in the dish, it is still delicious. The Moo Goo Gai Pan, Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Pork/Chicken, and General Tso are also great choices. The rice is always fresh and the Hot and Sour soup is chunky and flavorful. The egg rolls are decent, but the decor of the restaurant is old and a bit dirty. Despite this, the food is excellent and the health code scores are high. They only accept cash or check and the employees can be a bit rude, so be ready to order quickly. Overall, if you appreciate good Chinese food and don't mind the quirks of the restaurant, you will have a great experience at this affordable and fast establishment.

My favorite take out place! I've been loyal to them ever since they opened over 10 years ago. Great food and prices, family owned, very friendly.

..when I have a Chinese craving that I can't shake Hong Kong Chinese will be my go-to. Judging from the number of people picking up takeout, it seems that quite a few people in the area agree.
