Einstein Bros. Bagels - Chattanooga

Einstein bagels at this location is closed for the summer! I should be noted on Google that it’s not open

I hate that Einstein has moved every store to a University in Chattanooga and Cleveland TN. I mean who wants to go on try to find a store. Or more so a parking place. I along with several others went to the old location . It is awful to even try to go to the new location. I hope they decide to do a location where there is parking and a drive -thru.

The light skin older lady that’s married can sure use a smile geesh. Not friendly at all

Staff is rude and widely unprofessional. The workers have an attitude that is not welcoming and very passive aggressive. When ordering, the staff were all sitting down eating and not doing their jobs. As a student here, I would appreciate more professional and kind staff that are welcoming. They make the environment very uncomfortable.

Anyone who says the staff who work here are rude are just disrespectful of the space and can't pay attention! I'm always given fast and prompt service here and they're always extremely sweet to me. Best food on campus too! As long as you know how to respect service workers, you'll have a great experience and a good bite to eat. Recommend the Farmhouse bagel with the hashbrown and coffee combo!
