Edley's B Que Chattanooga

We tried Edley?s while on a family trip, it was fantastic! The quality of food was spot on. We visited on a Thursday evening so the special of the day was a Smash Burger. I personally tried it as it came without additional toppings. It wasn?t the best burger I?ve ever had, but it was decent. I also tried the pulled pork which was amazing. It was tender and tasty. I also tried a few sides. The wait time seemed longer than necessary but it was also dinner time. The food did seem fresh and hot when it arrived.

Very helpful and friendly staff. This never gets the attention it deserves, so I'll start here. Helpful with suggestions and choices, and even with bringing the food out, outstanding folks here. The brisket was smoked well, Sliced and not dry at all. The show stopper, however, we're the burnt ends, which are a must. Very favorable, actually not too salty or dried out (common in some other joints) and the grits pair with it well. Not the typical stonemill type grits, less textured and spicy. Good plate to pick. No idea about the ribs.

As you can see we have visited here several times already, and will likely be back again! The portions are excellent and the meats are savory and succulent every time. Even the prices are quite reasonable for what you are getting. We have gone home with leftovers a few times. Love that they have the sauces available so you can season to your taste. The sides are nice a nice addition too, we love the light vinegary flavor of the bean salad in particular. The rib tips are to die for, do yourself a favor and try them!

Absolutely delicious BBQ and exceptional service. We had the brisket, grits casserole, cornbread, mac ?n cheese, and green beans. Everything was sooooo good! The location is awesome with a great outdoor patio and bar. This is a definite must stop in Chattanooga!

I had the Wednesday special smoked meatloaf. It was very good but a little spicier than I expected. My son enjoyed the brisket tacos and my husband had the pork platter.
