Contribuiți la feedbackLet me start by saying the drive thru service is wonderful and the ladies working the window are always happy and friendly. However, if you go inside to order, the manager has directed his staff not to work the front counter until all drive thru and mobile orders are complete. There’s usually at least 1-2 staff members that are just standing around and the manager is wildly running around the back trying to handle the influx of orders. This manager should be delegating tasks to his staff to handle the orders efficiently and helping where needed instead of trying to do everything himself. His management style is absolutely awful and it leaves walk in customers waiting 20 minutes just to place an order. He desperately needs a class on leadership and should be serving all his customers, not blatantly ignoring the lobby.
Normally the morning rush is faster and the food is good, however it was the total opposite. What I originally wanted, even though it was listed on the menu, they did not have, but what I ended up ordering were just hash browns, which were as if they were cooked too long making it hard to bite into, but in fact were just old.
Just got our order in the drive thru, not even out of the parking lot. Bit into my breakfast croissant stuffer, and it was completely cold on the inside. So was my husbands.. granddaughter got a Boston creme donut and it was cold. We couldn't eat the croissant. 15 bucks wasted! Never again! Hard to nuke frozen food .
My favorite location is here @Signal Mtn.These workers in this location work their tails off and management runs it like a Fine Machine!!BEST DD I've been to.And I go to a lot of them since I work as a Driver.
It's coffee. Good variety. Fast, friendly service. Convenient drive thru on my way to work.
