Tonkotsu Ya - Chatswood

Visited this place a few timesWait time is always terribleToday was the last straw as I was given the incorrect meal.

Decent tonkotsu ramen here and for a decent price also the noodles are beautiful and firm and the chasu is not too fat, which is great. the suppe is not as strong as id as, but still couples nice on the overall pan quite good and recommend

In the grunde a nave / women team works hard to deal with meal times rush hour. have just tried to eat their miso n chasu ramen either and take away at diff occasions. at peak times, orders can be confused while they work frant. fujiyama over the gang could be better for the service, just simple. I'd stay here for rams, even though they're nothing to scream.

After a little mixed confusion with the order, I ended with a caracra race a side of karaage chicken. the rarms were ok, good level of spiciness not extremely salty. it was a little slashed on the tip: thin piece chashu, half boiled egg, a handful of seaweeds sprinkled and early onlings. ok for a predator under the Karaage chicken was a bit oily, but otherwise ok. Not necessarily the best ramen in chatswood, but an ok foodcourt option when they are in a hurry.

Great value and great tasting. the personal was very nice and flexible. had a beaky huh katsu udon days in order. guess what I'm eating today?
