Contribuiți la feedbackMy friend and I have been coming here for years. Kam Fook was always fantastic. Our last couple of visits since the change of ownership have been disappointing. Today was appalling. Rude staff and over priced, cold food lacking in flavour will see us never returning again. I have never given a 1 star review. I feel bad doing it but don't want others to have the experience we had.
This is my husbands favourite yum Cha we visited every time we are in Sydney and is yet to disappoint. Had a group of 7 got in immediately the food was great so to the service thanks for such a great restaurant
We went her for Yum Cha and hoped it was improved since we had last visited.. and it clearly hadn't.The yum cha variety was poor and service was woefully slow. When we asked for something that might contain vegetables we were basically scowled at and told to wait for the trolley to come along.. which it never did.We prayed that the gods might deliver us some Mango pancakes but when we enquired we were told a flat no..Don't bother. Limited scope, poor service and attitude...
We used to love coming here for yum cha when it was the old Kamfook. The change since the business was taken over is marked. Today there was very little food of any variety coming around, and we ended up having to accept the same two kinds of dim sims twice just because we were hungry. There was so little variety and service was SLOW. A lot of the big tables of Chinese diners seemed to be eating a la carte and the yum cha diners were basically overlooked. We finally asked if there was ANYTHING else we could have and were brought a plate of stone cold spring rolls. To be honest, it was a joke. We will not be going back, which is a pity because it used to be a great place to catch up with friends. It is also more expensive than it used to be. Definitely not value for money!!
Massive wait completely unorganized. Majority of food was cold and they microwaved the crab to warm it up for us ????????????
