Contribuiți la feedbackWarning: the employees of king dynasty chatswood westfield are worried from the management to ABUSE customers. Unfortunately, there were only a few Yam-Cha spots this day, and our preferred restaurant star capital was closed. going to king dynasty was always a less than fantastic experience due to the unfriendly workers, and lack of lustre food, but I have never been so insulted to write a review on her rude behavior. wait after 1.5 hours until our number is called, finally showed me a waitress at my table and took my ticket immediately to the left. I just started sitting alone on our table when a waiter and a waitress approached me and blown up aggressively and pointed to me...read more
There weren't many trolleys around us and we need to ask one of the workers for the food we wanted. Unfortunately, the employee was impatient and just went away and said: no. most food quality did not make it on my expectations. the crepe of mango pancakes tasted raw, and the chicken feet could taste better if it was boiled too soft and juicy. probably no longer go there, but it is worth for people who love yumcha.
The worst Yamcha service in sydney. all that is important to them is to get as many people as possible into the restaurant. there are almost no trolleys. only the desserts. about 5 cars are sitting right in front of the kitchen and waiter come and take what they need, how people order. isn't the whole point of yumcha that the car comes to you? we waited 20 minutes and no car came by. we had to go on the trolley and ask for food. may they just go to a court. the personal moves around the car and never pushes them far from the kitchen. we ordered two teller fried whitebait, two dizzy dishes and one trip. that was not the first...read more
They put this sweet mushroom pot as their caption shell. the sweet is old and on the suppe floats a moskito. we also ordered a hokkin fried rice, it is all maggie sauce and bad.
King Dynasty doesn't disappoint when it comes to seafood menu. We had lobster cooked in garlic and shallots with noddles, Crispy roast duck and steam Oysters... The lobster and oysters were alive before made into the dishes. It was the best dish we had. Fresh and crispy lobster meat with the juicy sauce was a great moment to enjoy. Other dishes were also good and meeting expectations. The restaurant was spacious and we could relax and enjoy conversations. The staffs are very friendly but they were too busy. Due to Covid19 restrictions, booking is highly recommended.
