Delicious food and they have robots that bring the food. the food could have been a bit hotter when it came to the table, but it was still delicious. it is also quite loud in restaurant

The food was fantastic. Great dumplings, just like the original in Taiwan. Honey beef was also delicious. Best item was the pork belly buns. The icecream was fabulous! The macadamia flavour was our favourite. Individual bowl of rice was too heaped we couldn’t eat it without making a huge mess. We weren’t given water or share plates, which was strange. Service was slow to non existent, although pleasant enough when bringing the bill. $250 off 1 adult, 4 teen girls, so on the pricey side. The delivery robots were super cute. If you’re having a birthday ask for the robots to sing happy birthday. Open until 9pm, last order is 8pm.

The food quality is under expectations and not able to get the money worth.

I'm a big fan of Ding Tai Fung but very disappointed with the food this trip. The quality over past many years in different countries and stores have been outstanding until this one. Ordered their signature fried rice, noodles, buns, soup, unfortunately only one of the spicy noodle and soup are above average (Standard should still be higher) but all others were way below average. Staffs were mediocre as well from serving, communication and nothing very welcome. Wouldn't say bad, but nothing great. We had much better treatment in the past from other stores. Overall, the food were very disappointing with that name and price.

Great food! the automated service loved by the robots, but the music from the robot was too loud and distracted by the general ambiente.
