Contribuiți la feedbackI grew up on this property and I am thrilled to see how the current owners are taking care of this corner in Palmyra. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming when you walk in the door. I have been there twice for a delicious lunch and it was very enjoyable. The butter bags are a must-try! It is a great place to meet friends, have a bite to eat, and do some shopping at the gift shop.
We love this place--it is a re-built, authentic, 8-sided barn. Consists of two floors with stuff for sale. But it is the food--basic sandwiches, soups and sweet--that make it so appaealing. Plud the lovely gardens.
We stopped in a month ago for butter tarts and noticed they offered paint nite. Signed up for paint a paddle. The class was well organized and help was available when needed. Ended up buying a new summer top while I was there. The restaurant...was closed while we were there, but during normal working hours they offer good food at good prices. The grounds are very well landscaped and welcoming. There is also a gift shop on the lower level with some unique items. I highly recommend people to stop in and check it out.
Wife shopped while I tried a bowl of ice cream. Clocks to tin stars to clothes umbrellas, lots to look at.
