Papa Johns Pizza - Chatham Heights

Asked for extra cheese I didn't get it. They were busy the other day. Only had one person checking for orders for pickup. My pizza was sitting there the whole time! When I got home it was literally at room tempThe ladies doing the pizzas in the oven were slow! They gotta do better.

Not as yummy as I remember it. But the garlic dipping sauce is still awesome. Prices are ridiculous high.

I used to order from this location all the time but the last 3 times I DoorDashed it they didn't put the sticker on the pizza or wings to seal the boxes which just makes me nervous, anyone can eat my food when it's being delivered. Also, my Pepsi had already been opened when I got it. Not sure if that's to blame on my driver or papa John's but the lack of care in the packaging is definitely on Papa John's. I try not to leave bad reviews but because it has happened repeatedly I have no choice and I'll be switching to a different pizza delivery service.

Usually good, but it seems like on Friday and Saturday evening when they get busy, the quality suffers. Pizzas sit before being delivered, and tonight my papadilla was grossly undercooked. I tried to pick it up and it fell apart, the dough was really gooey. I understand that you're trying to keep up with orders but it's extremely disappointing to receive undercooked good. Honestly, I'd rather wait 10 more minutes and my food be edible.I am not willing to wait for you to bring me another one at 8pm on a Friday night. Just finish cooking your freaking food.

Charged me for pineapple and sauces and neither made it to my house…
