Jashanpreet is really nice and she provide nice service with lovely smile and greeting i like there service its very friendly.

Service is bad. I asked for a creamy chill with no whipped topping and they gave me one with it! I don't get it because i don't like eating whipped oil, and it hurts my stomach so I'd prefer not to intake that, I gave them my drink back and they just took it off the top and gave it back to me, also to add it took them a few minuets to do this when it would have been the same amount of time to get a new drink that I PAYED FOR!!! Not happy with that at all I wish the workers weren't so lazy.Also the washroom has a button that needs to be pressed to enter in, and there was a young girl who looked like she was about the pee, and was waiting for the washroom so I held the button for her and let her in, and I let an older women in and I get in trouble, I understand that's not technically aloud but i wasn't doing anything wrong, and if it weren't for me one of them likely would have had to clean up pee.

One cannot help but ponder the rationale behind stationing individuals at the window for customer service when their lack of friendliness is palpable. This quandary often arises, leaving customers to wonder why such personnel are entrusted with this crucial role.Even on a day marked by bustling activity, such as the one observed today, as evidenced by the extensive queue at the window, the inability to extend a simple thank you or you 're welcome to valued patrons underscores a significant shortcoming. This deficiency raises a poignant question regarding their suitability for this occupation and whether their talents might be more effectively utilized elsewhere.

The employees are fantastic. Always smiling, super sweet and friendly. I love this location. Hardly ever has a long line, and they are fast with their service.
