Sent our niece here for a mini 11+ exams celebration. It was my first time so I was excited. At the entrance we were told that they do not take any cash so we could only use card. I didn't think that was inclusive at all and we were only lucky to have a card with us because we did come prepared with cash. The service was a little slow. It did feel like a 25-30 minute wait for food after we ordered on our phones. The kids finished their entire activity booklet before the meals came so it was a while!The salad didn't have great dressing options too. The pizza tasted ok but didn't finish my salad. The kids did enjoy the bottomless ice cream for sure. It works, just not sure if I'll visit again but I'm not against it. Kid-friendliness: Activity booklet with crayons! Fantastic Pizza Hut restaurant the lady who greeted and seated us was fantastic. The food was great, the atmosphere friendly. Thanks for going above and beyond for us. My sons has special needs and you made his day. Will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
