Les Enseignes - Chateau-la-Valliere

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my birthday meal here. We sat outside as we had our dog with us. The inside looked nice and a better atmosphere. My partner's steak and chips was great but my paysanne pizza was tasteless. A random side salad was brought out after we'd nearly finished eating. Maybe a language barrier as our french isn't great. We visited on a Sunday night on our way home to the UK. We were greeted and nicely welcomed by a chap who took time out to chat to us about our holiday and journey all in broken French/English. All of the staff were nice and attentive. The food was excellent, and they do take bank cards, so don't let that out you off. The business name is now Le Globe Trotteurs. Very pleased with our visit.
