Had take away delivered, decided to try the veggie pizza and was very disappointed, will be sticking to the BBQ Americano. Food was hot and fresh but the veggie pizza just did not work for us. Chips still taste like wedges, chicken bites were good.
Visited here for the first time in years! Was nice and quiet as it was a Sunday, missed the mayhem of Friday Saturday. The salad bar was fully stocked, and food was delivered very quick after ordering. It's now a cashless restaurant. You order pay after scanning the QR code on your table. Graham was one of the staff there, who deserves mentioning. With every customer, every table, was incredibly friendly, polite and generally a real nice guy. Overall would give this a 4, the only thing stopping it from getting a 5 was that 1 pizza is now approx £30!
We took some of our guests for Pizzas on a weekday. The atmosphere was relaxing and the restaurant felt fresh. The toilets were spotless. This was a big change from my last visit a few years ago. The menu has been refreshed and many vegan options have been added. The salad bar being completely vegan was a nice surprise. Personally, the introduction of flatbreads was vital and makes Pizza Hut feel with the times. On the whole, Pizza Hut’s efforts to change and modernise is evident, as the Flatbreads and salad were of good quality. However, the Pizzas were not up to scratch and felt low quality. Therefore, room for progress for Pizza Hut based on this Thurmaston outlet.
Very poor food. Staff seemed to be uninterested in customers and just directed everyone to the QR code, food was poor with very little taste. All pizzas were pretty soggy and hardly any toppings, chips were undercooked. Was offered a free cookie dough but didn’t want more poor quality food.
