Visited the place on 18 19 july 2018 excellent service quality food and very reasonable price its like invited family for lunch

This small restaurant serves authentic Middle Eastern food mostly revolving around grilled meats. Since it caters for non drinkers don't expect to be able to order any alcohol, instead enjoy the milkshakes. We had a vanilla and a Snickers milkshake so thick you could hardly suck it up the straw but so so tasty and cheap at only £3 each. I had a mixed selection of grilled meats served on a sizzling platter with a big nan bread and my girlfriend enjoyed some lamb chops. Yes the food is well cooked, but I'd rather it be barbecued into submission than be pink and worry about stomach upsets. We were served complimentary lentil soup while we waited for the stater this was a traditional lamb stuffed flat bread which was very nice. The pricing was very good for all this and when we asked for some tzatziki (also £3) to compliment the rather dry mains it arrived quickly and was very nice too. However, the service was on the slow side. There was all sorts of interesting sounding things on the menu and I think we'll be visiting again soon.

The food here was really good, but it just took too long to come out. We had to ask a couple of times where our food was and almost missed our show because it took so long we had to ask for the bill as soon as the mains arrived so we could pay whilst eating to make sure we could get out on time and had to rush our food! This was a couple of months ago so I would go back to try again on a night when we don’t have to be anywhere. If the speed of service could be improved (it wasn’t particularly busy when we went) this would be a regular for me.

We had a big table (about 10 people) and we all enjoyed food served in this place. They have lots of options with meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes! Prices are lower compared to other restaurants in Loughborough

Recommended by friends, but we didn’t really have a good experience here. Starter was tasty but drinks were poor just like minted water, and lamb main was tough and inedible. Maybe we caught it on a bad day. Other people seemed to be enjoying theirs
