Red Shores Racetrack Casino Top of the Park

We had a reservation for 12 and arrived at 11:50. We sat drinks, my tea was served without tea bags. We looked at the menu and decided what we wanted and waited and waited. Finally, I rose up by 1:20 from my table and spoke to the first employee I saw and asked if someone could come and take our order. A girl came, sorry not served for us and came back a few minutes later with our meal. Our food wasn't hot. We were very disappointed. We have been there for many years and have never experienced it. We were very happy with the evening. The food was very good and the waitress was pleasant and made a very good work. It was a good experience and we will come back.

Usually the food is five stars above the board. This visit could have been an off-day; some items seemed overcooked (crusty scrambled eggs), others appeared with low quality ingredients than normal (Ketchupy sauce). One of my dishes had a huge pile of what seemed like cake crust stuck on the floor. I'll go again. The rest was all excellent and these negatives are not yet a trend.

Our team absolutely enjoyed our time there. The food was great, the service was great and the betting on the horse racing was really entertaining. We will definitely be back.

Food was very good and plenty of food buffet was refreshed regularly. Staff were helpful and polite. The evening was very enjoyable and would definitely attend again ad recommend
