McDonald's - Charlottetown

I enjoy McDonald's and always love their classic Big Mac, which hasn't changed throughout my life and I still enjoy. However, it's important to try new ideas in order to stay relevant to consumers. McDonald's has had successes in the past, such as their successful coffee options and new ordering system and online app. Unfortunately, in my opinion, their new donut selection is a big letdown. Despite the high marketing efforts and appeal, the donuts lack flavor and taste overly processed. It was a disappointment to say the least.

Regular McDonald food is served. service was fast; Servers were friendly and professional. Good location (near our hotel).

The self-service kiosks are a great addition to the restaurant. If you have eaten at one McDonald's, you can expect a consistent taste experience at any other location.

You think if a franchise is in an Esso station, you may not be serve like regular Mcdonald's. Wow, great and fast service and great hot food

I asked for a double big Mac combo that was paid for it, and then, when it was out of town, opened the bag to eat and found out that they gave me a double-copper buffer. When I called the staff, I threw up twice when I asked for the manager. The manager also hung on me and also argued with me that the women were there for a long time and that it was me that screwed me and asked for the double-square doll, which did not happen. Then after about five minutes on the phone she gave me a free double big mac.burger just instead of a free meal because it was the only product wrong. And threatened to check the cameras after what I wanted. I told her to go. That was all absolutely bull.
