Kaffataria - Charlottetown

I am simply amazed at the flavours and imagination of the Netherlanders and I really enjoy all the great foods Dick and Anneke have worked so hard to create authentic tasty treats.

If you're a fan of Dutch snack food, this is as authentic as it gets shy of going to Holland. They serve kroketten, bitterballen, proffertjes and more. The only problem is that they're only open when the market is open and thats 1 or 2 days per week. Probably a good thing for my waistline though.

Such amazing service, poffertjes blew my mind! So so delicious! This is definitely the best part of the Charlottetown market!

The taste and variety offered by this immaculately clean and well designed food wagon is simply amazing. Friendly folks offer up a real taste of the Netherlands than has teh local Dutch flocking for a taste of home and the rest of us in awe of the great flavours

Bitterballs were our fav treat in the Netherlands... These taste the EXACT same and are so delicious one order just isn't enough!
