I was charged for the wrong size drink, and they forgot to include the shot I requested. I'm very disappointed. Food: 3/5.
The service is incredibly slow. I can't understand why it takes 15 minutes after placing an order at the drive-thru to reach the window.
I didn't place an order, as I noticed used toilet paper on the floor near the bathroom, right next to a cart filled with food.
Unbelievablely slow. 45 minutes to get a single drink.
Starbucks Corporate would be embarrassed and frustrated if they knew about the terrible customer service at this location. It's always busy with students which...
