Maharaja Fine Indian Cuisine

I have been dining at Maharaja for years. The owners, Jonathan and Jennifer, are friendly and kind. The Host and usually main server, Inacio, is also friendly and very personable. All the years I have been going there the quality and flavor of the food is always consistent. I highly recommend Maharaja whether you want an intimate setting for a date or a fun atmosphere for lunch.

The food was amazing! If you like spicy, definitely go with the 'Indian Spice '. The portions are massive so plenty to take home and reheat the next day like I did. This was my husbands goat Madras and my chicken tikka masala reheated. Definitely plan on going back.

My friends recommended Maharaja for dinner and it did not disappoint!! Delicious food and great prices. The staff was so friendly and I will definitely be watching there again! The food was as delicious as it was pretty.

Best Indian restaurant in town! The head server, Ignacio, is kind, gracious, and attentive. We are always treated like family whenever we go. The food is too notch, whether dining in or taking to go. And the lunch buffet? Best food and best deal in town. 5 stars is the highest google will let me give, but I’d surely give many more.

This is one of our favorite resteraunts in cville! We have been moving a lot and the Chicken Makhani, Chai, and Mango Lassi are the best we have had in any of the cities weve lived in, although all of the resteraunt's other dishes are good too. Ignacio treats us like old friends and we are always so happy to see him. We hope everyone loves this spot as much as we do!
