Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I command my meal online and come to pick it up when I came home, I realized both my wings and dinge meals, where without toast and chicken pliers instead we were given coleslaw, I didn't even eat if I wanted only wings and pommes that I would have paid for it, and of course, if I called, they are closed.

I was not in zaxbys in ten years, the dame that took my order was so happy and so friendly and helped me with ease. and eating was better than I remembered (it was good then and still is.)

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, but being with my children made it more bearable. The only issue was that they were unable to accommodate one of their signature dishes, which was a letdown. Despite this, I was still happy to pay full price for our meals. We were all hungry after a long day at school, so it was important to us to have a satisfying meal. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4 out of 5, as they should not advertise specialties that they cannot honor. Thank you.

I was charged $2 for a single cookie at Zaxbys. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I could have bought a whole bag of cookies for the same price and size, and to top it off, it took over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I feel like my money was wasted. I will not be dining at Zaxbys again.

This location gave the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I used the app to order a curbside pickup. I was 5 minutes early so I wasn’t surprised when I called the number on the curbside side sign and they said it wasn’t ready yet. What was surprising was that 40 minutes later (yes 40 MINUTES!!)I was STILL sitting in the spot waiting. I finally walked in, and 10 minutes later someone waited on me. I told them I had been waiting for a curbside order and the girl goes over to the counter, gets the order and says “yeah it’s been ready, but you have to come in for curbside orders”. I’m sorry what?!! The whole reason for “curbside” is so that the order is brought out. The person who answered the call when I got there said absolutely NOTHING about having to come inside. There were multiple employees standing around in the back who clearly saw me parked in the CURBSIDE. There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for making a customer wait almost an hour and then tell them it’s been ready and it’s your fault the order took so long because they don’t want to do the job they’re getting paid for. If this is the kind of “service”they are going to offer people, then this location should be shut down. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done!
