I accidentally left my wallet behind after ordering a frosty for my child, and the cashier was incredibly kind to cover it for me. It truly meant a lot to my daughter and made our day special. Thank you!

I had a minor issue with my drive-thru order, as they forgot a couple of items. When I called to address it, Robert, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and eager to resolve the situation. He ended up replacing the entire order, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, and having a manager like Robert makes all the difference.

They ask what sauce we want and didn?t give us any. There was a lady outside bringing orders and we asked if she could get them for us and she got an attitude and said we had to go around. We waited 15 min for our food in the first place. Don?t work fast food if you aren?t gonna give people what they are paying for

This was the BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT A FAST FOOD PLACE IN ALONG TIME! AND GUESS WHAT, ALL MEN WERE WORKING!! MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO TELL THEM THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB ALL AROUND, EVEN HOW THEY BAG OUR FOOD????? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Wendys Location off Charlottetown and Meteropolitian: Location Horrible and a worker there argued with me saying it wasn't my faught his order was wrong I picked up the wrong order but he put it on a tray when I said it was to go...he got so loud and rude...they refused my food forbthe third time and as I was walking to my table they came ans took the sandwiches of my tray saying my order was wrong...the manger was there but said nothing to the young man a male teenaged customer apologized to me for his behavior
