Viva Chicken Ballantyne - Charlotte

I just wish they had these in new england. Whenever we are close to one of these we try to eat so much taste and deliciousness in each dish and their vegetable limeade must come from the garden eden. so refreshing. the purple drink (I forget the name) tastes like fall in a cup. would also be so hot. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Love this restaurant. Their chicken soup is to die for and I crave it all the time. There is so much on the menu to pick from and everything is delish.

I like Viva I've gotten some good meals here but the past two have made me hesitant to order from this location. There was a tiny plastic piece wrap in my tacu bowl last week (gagggggg) then a good sized bone in the great wrap. I understand there is a possibility of bones with how they do their pulled chicken; but just be cautious if you have children eating wraps (or anything where bone is hidden). I hope they're super cautious with kids meals.

We love this place. The food is fresh and fast. It's healthy food with lots of flavor.

Great service. Great food. As I waited I watched the team communicate with each other regarding the status of orders as they were being prepared. Very streamlined and effective. The employee that helped me was so friendly and explained the different drinks that are offered. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. It seemed like she may have been the mgr. or lead because she had a commanding presence. Always a great experience at VivaLu
