The Human Bean - Charlotte

I 've been going here multiple times a week since they opened. They used to be quick, the staff was amazing and my order was always on point! Not sure what happened about 2 ish months ago, but they took out their starters and added staff from the practice squad it seems. They are nice, but are nowhere near as together as the prior staff. The lines are super long now because they are slow you give your order at the speaker but when you FINALLY get to the window they ask what you ordered. No one ever seems to know what 's going on, I 've overheard them many times sounding confused as to who ordered what and how to make it. The coffee used to taste better as well my lattes are extremely watered down as of late. Also, it seems there are no more coffee sleeves? I keep getting my order handed to me with your staffs entire palm on the lid, instead of holding the actual cup. #1 That is gross, who wants to drink from a lid that was being palmed and #2 It 's not safe for your staff or the customer. If the lid ever comes off....Anyway, I hate that this place seems to have gone downhill so fast. I will still leave 4 stars because I experienced MUCH better from here and think you can get back there. Hire staff that knows how to make coffee and properly take orders.

I like this place but the menu is very strange. They don't advertise all their flavors and options on the menu in store or online. I added a picture so people can see what all they have. I also like that they give you a free chocolate espresso bean with every drink

Found this place after visiting my family in Charlotte! Definitely didn't know it was a chain. Excited to try the one here in Atlanta! Loved my drink. I got the Snowy Latte. It was really tasty! I love that the drinks come with a chocolate espresso bean, super cute! Went early on a Sunday morning and there was no wait! Customer service was great!

Stopped by on a hot day for a delicious Iced Americano. What a delightful experience. The staff are polite and work fast. The young lady that helped me was super kind and helpful. I like that they top your drink with a chocolate egg. I will be coming to this location more often for my afternoon energy boost!

Every time I've visited the service has been so fast and the staff are always friendly! I've gotten a cold brew and a Pina colada smoothie and they both have been so tasty. I'm so glad I live nearby because I will continue to come back and recommend this place for anyone looking to try something different from the usual Dunkin and Starbucks
