The Cowfish Sushi Burger - Charlotte

I ate here and even worked here years ago and I feel that the quality of food has declined. Most of the food that we ordered tasted “like the freezer”. Perhaps some changes are due to cheaper substitutions.

Fantastic spot for sushi and burgers! It's an unusual combination, but they pull it off effortlessly. Our server, Ashley, was incredibly friendly as well! My wife ordered two specialty rolls while I tried the Bison Burger with a spicy chipotle sauce. Everything was delicious!

Simply put this restaurant is amazing! Our first experience here was phenomenal, food is delicious, service was fast and professional, and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back for more.

Excellent service with a wide selection of burgers and sushi. The spiked milkshakes are outstanding!

Great food. Hard to get in and parking is annoying.
