The Bella Ciao - Charlotte

I hadn't visited in over a year, and I'm glad to see that both the service and food are still outstanding!

Bella Ciao is situated in the former Vapianos location. The interior retains a somewhat similar layout, but has a much more subdued atmosphere. As always, the food was exceptional. I ordered the Carbonara while my wife enjoyed the Pesto Spinach pasta. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented.

Wow, I absolutely loved the pasta! There was this tall guy in the kitchen who really nailed it. I had such a great experience!

This is a favorite spot for my husband and I. We just wanted a place where we could just sit down and have a drink. They are located in uptown, so parking is and always be a hassle. The location itself is a fairly big and open concept. Plenty of seating, and they have bar seating as well. Everyone from the hostess to our waitor was very friendly and worked efficiently. This is a somewhat upscale place but still has a casual vibe, which I like. You don't have to get super dresses up. They offer salads, pastas, pizza, calzones, and some desserts. We didn't eat here tonight but have on other occasions and have never had an issue with any of the dishes we have ordered. If you're looking for a casual spot for dinner, you won't be disappointed if you come here.

Good. A bit slow and inattentive. A new layout. Table service. We will return.
