Subway - Charlotte

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager seemed dismissive and spoke to me as if I were a child when I requested no salad on my sandwich. After that, he threatened to call the police to understand the situation better, which felt unnecessary and overly aggressive. While I was leaving, I encountered two other black women in the parking lot who were voicing similar frustrations about their experiences. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of respect for customers. I have no intention of returning, as I value my dignity too much. It’s unfortunate because there seems to be a lack of professionalism in handling customer service. I wonder about the atmosphere and the behavior of the staff – it could certainly use improvement.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. The staff members were unpleasant, and the ice machine had mold in it, which made it look like the water had been contaminated. One of the employees was rude; he insulted us and told us to leave because we didn't want to pay after witnessing him pick his nose and then touch my sandwich. He shouldn't be allowed to handle food. The overall experience was very discouraging, and I would advise against eating here.

The staff here are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They always take great care of you when you visit and are a delight to interact with! Additionally, the restaurant is very clean, and the atmosphere is lovely and fresh.

I often go there and eat and the service is no longer.

Very friendly, Owner always greets you or one of his employees. Fast, friendly and fresh food.
