Thanks to their hard work, I received my food exactly as I requested and in a timely manner. The employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. They were not only apologetic but also incredibly sweet throughout the process. I want to extend my gratitude for their outstanding customer service and the delicious meals that are reasonably priced. Keep up the great work!

This restaurant, situated in the food court of SouthPark shopping center, is just as impressive as any stand-alone Showmars. It offers a good variety of options at reasonable prices. The service is consistently friendly, helpful, and prompt. Condiments, straws, and other essentials are conveniently located. Everything is kept clean. There's nothing negative to report here—it's a pleasant experience all around.

This Showmars is simply the best! The staff is incredibly friendly. Compared to the other food court options in the mall, their customer service is in a class of its own. My colleagues and I order from there often, and we can attest to their hard work; they have the takeout system perfected, and our food is always fresh and hot! Plus, they have the best honey mustard—hands down!

This is the only showmars location in the area with the southern fried chicken sandwich, brings me back to the mall again and again. best chicken sandwich i've had in a while

Food was hot and fresh the fish sandwich was really great. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit bland. $18 for the southern fried chicken sandwich combo (which is just chicken tenders), and the world famous fish sandwich seemed a bit steep. Cashiers were nice, welcoming, friendly.
