The atmosphere was fantastic, and both the service and food were excellent! You definitely get your money's worth here.

I always have a great experience at Ruth's Chris. The only issue I encountered was a gnat in my drink, and I didn't receive any compensation for it. Despite that, it was still an excellent experience overall!

One of our favorite Ruths. Have tried several and the Charlotte store on Fairview has always been great. Shout out to Brian for being so accommodating to my wife’s picky wine pallet!!! I decided to choose Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our Anniversary because of my previous experience at your other locations. Our service was beyond expectations, but unfortunately can’t say the same about my food on that day! The worst steak I’ve had in my life. I don’t normally leave reviews when not happy with things, but I used to enjoy going to your place before and would like your food to continue to be satisfying to all your customers!
