Ru San's Japanese Sushi - Charlotte

We visited the restaurant on a Friday afternoon. When we got here, we were promptly seated and immediately given water. They were very polite and friendly and took our order quickly. Throughout our meal, they checked on us frequently and asked us if we needed anything. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.Food: 5/5

Such a phenomenal restaurant that prioritizes what you're going there for... THE FOOD! Some of the best sushi I've had.It's not really upscale, so if you're looking for a place for a fancy date night this might not be it. However, if you're looking for good quality sushi that's also priced really well then this is it! We'll definitely be back!

I ordered a 5:44pm with a 30-40 mins delivery estimate. It's 7:13pm and my food is still at the restaurant… RuSans food is great and worth waiting for. But, I'll pick it up myself next time.

I wish they'd pack all the sushi in one box to help avoid it falling all over and spilling roe. The driver was very courteous and called me instead of just texting. I'd look for him again if I could.

Restaurant was fine, food wasn't good because it was delivered cold due to the extra long wait time.
