Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Charlotte

This is an excellent sandwich shop. I really appreciated the ambiance of the restaurant. The highlight for me was the chips; it's rare to find Zapp's chips in this area, but they have them here. Both the food and the service were outstanding.

I had no idea it was a sub shop until I was already in line! I honestly thought I was in a pulled pork sandwich place, haha. The prices are a bit high for a typical sub. The meat was more flavorful, though, so perhaps that's their specialty—better quality meat. The staff were young and a bit slow, but they were really friendly. Parking was difficult since it's located in the city, and the chips seemed overpriced as well.

The sandwiches at Potbelly are amazing, but what I really appreciate are their catered boxed lunches. They generously include plenty of meat, and each box comes with chips and a delightful cookie. I will definitely recommend Potbelly and order from them again.

My first time there and I was impressed! I got the grilled chicken sandwich. I thought it was well made and delicious. The bread was just right. I think I will return and try another sandwich to make sure there is consistency.

Consistency in making great sandwiches over time. I haven’t had their sandwich in a long time. When are going to open in Florida?
