Pizza Hut - Charlotte

The app indicated that my order was ready, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 8-10 minutes. My wings were prepared, but my pizza was still in the oven.

Yesterday afternoon I placed an online order at this restaurant and I was impressed. Not only were my special requests done perfectly, but the food itself was delicious, hot, and some of the best pizza and boneless wings I've had in a while.

Justin, the manager, provided excellent customer service. I appreciate his time and patience.

This restaurant is constantly slow. It took 2 1/2 hours to receive my pizza.

I placed an order at 4:15 and arrived at the restaurant at 4:40, knowing I was early. By 5:30, they still couldn't find my order in their system. I tried to speak with the staff several times, but they were too busy with other tasks. Instead of updating me on my order, they focused on other customers. I won't be ordering from here again. After canceling my order and returning home, I received a call an hour later saying my order was ready. It was unnecessary to wait two hours for my order.
