Papa Johns Pizza - Charlotte

I'm not sure why they use a third-party service for taking orders, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I placed a delivery order, but I was informed that I was out of range, which was completely inaccurate. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff rudely claimed that I hadn't placed an order at all, which was also untrue. The woman taking the orders seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and communication was difficult due to a language barrier. Additionally, two older men were unhelpful and dismissive for no apparent reason, making the situation even more frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable, and they really need to improve!

I personally don’t think ordering pizza is difficult. They have pictures and detailed instructions right in front of them, yet somehow people still manage to mess it up. It’s incredibly frustrating to tip a driver $5 and then find out the order is wrong. It shouldn’t be that hard! I could teach a parrot to make pizza, but these workers seem to just clock in and out, only to hand over a box to the driver for delivery. It’s disappointing. Honestly, they don’t even deserve minimum wage for this. Now I have to wait another 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive, which is already off to a bad start.

One of my favorite places for the weekend! The food is fantastic and prepared quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back. Many thanks for their excellent service!

This place is always super inconsistent to me, it feels personal at times. Its either the pizza arrives cold, missing something like a sauce or sometimes an ENTIRE pizza. This latest order arrived on time, pizza was cold and missing a pizza i redeemed with a coupon they mailed to me for messing up a previous order. Called the store, said the pizza didnt show up on the order, tried to use the coupon again and it said its been used. Its safe to say im done with all 3 of the fast food pizza places. They just screw people way too much for what theyre worth. Fuel pizza is a much better choice fr a few more bucks. Right off Central Avenue. Adios Papa Johns

Absolutely awful. Pizza was so cold it didn't even melt when I attempted to reheat it in the oven. Delivery girl claimed to have been outside for 30 mins trying to find my apartment but that wasn't true because I had been looking out the door and watching. I tried to call but they were closed. That's how long it took to get to me. Birthday slumber party slightly ruined.
