Papa John's Pizza - Charlotte

The service was very good, but the pizza was terrible. The pepperoni had absolutely no taste. I was incredibly disappointed and it wasn't the first time. The last couple of times I had Papa John's it was bad, so that was the last time I was gonna eat your pizza. You really went downhill, just as bad as Dominoes.

I went to the store and the girl who was there said she couldn't make my order that I had to call or order online and after I ordered I went to the store to see if they had received the order and they told me they didn?t, she didn?t even check, she said that I have to have to order online, she was very rude about it I?m never going back

So we just got our order (delivery). Not everything was in there and kaylee the manager was not helpful. My food was getting cold as I heard several people talking about this and I waited. I?m sorry we tipped over 20% considering the delivery driver couldn?t even check the order. I?m dissatisfied with the ?manager? and delivery driver. We won?t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pizza from this location and my driver David demanded a tip of at least 5 dollars to hand me my pizza or he was going back to the store, this was very rude and unprofessional. Can not believe these are the people they hire at this establishment. While i was complaining to the papa johns twitter I saw this picture of him he is very rude and you use him in promotional material.

14 Pizza Papa John's has always been one of my favorites. Their dough is always very fluffy and fresh and ingredients are plentiful on every pizza I've gotten. Even though I basically lived on the stuff in college, I'm only giving three stars because there was so much better Pizza out there. In regards to this location though, they have always been extremely consistent and very prompt with delivery.
