Panera Bread - Charlotte

I celebrated my birthday with a lunch at Panera Bread in Ballantyne with my wonderful son. I ordered my regular grilled cheese sandwich, and when it was brought to me by a kind gentleman, he suggested that I should have some tomato soup to dip it in. I agreed it would have been the perfect addition. To my surprise, he then returned with a bowl of soup! What a lovely birthday treat!

I am very pleased with the service I have received. I wasn't in Panera since the pandemic and I wasn't familiar with the selections. The manager had to help me and she was friendly, patient and polite. I think her name was Dara. My only problem was that they were completely out of napkins. A restaurant should never be made of utensils or napkins. Thanks for your service ladies?

This is a typical Panera location with great food and a pleasant dining experience. However, I found the staff to be less friendly compared to other places I've visited. There is plenty of parking, and it's easy to access. The restrooms are clean as well.

The food here is really delicious, but I have to say that I won't be ordering through GrubHub from you again. I've placed at least 10 orders, and almost every time, there has been something wrong or missing. Today was no exception—I received someone else's order, even though my name was on the entrance and every item had been checked. I specifically wanted the Broccoli Cheddar soup and a salad, but it seems I'm getting mac and cheese and a sandwich instead.
