Panera Bread - Charlotte

The first time a panera so filthy see! to add insult, they have made my order wrong. will not be recommending!

With my gluten allergy I have not visited panera for years; in this year, someone has inherited one of the summer sabots and barbers. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken $16 with drink and I am very disappointed. not sure whether they choose a smaller size from one of theirs 2) or whatever, but not worth the price. 1 piece of brokkoli, 1/2 cup or rice and 1/2 cups?! not nice. image of silverware to compare.

Avoid this place at all cost. two days ago I came here and waited almost half an hour in my car, so I went in and came to find out that they didn't even start to make my phone, so it's now a total of an hour. So I was hungry again today and found a hair in my chilli up on that they don't answer her phone. I've been here for ever and beside these precipices it was just another time that I had a problem with plastic in my chicken soup. this place is not clean

Every morning it seems to be worse. my command was 3 days wrong, and on the day 4 the sandwich was burned. that was my breakfast sandwich that I am....notice the paper still on the slice of cheese...horrible

Customer service was quick, and my drink was fantastic. Everyone should try it.
