Nothing But Noodles - Charlotte

The concept of this restaurant is fantastic, but my meal was overly salty and even my son, who loves spaghetti, couldn't eat it. He usually eats anything! I am willing to give it another try, maybe they just had an off day.

I ordered a sesame bowl at this restaurant and was appalled to see the cook preparing it without wearing a mask. He coughed over the food and then proceeded to wipe his nose with his bare hands, before wiping them on his apron. I immediately asked for a refund, as this was unacceptable. The manager's only response was that he would talk to the cook. To make matters worse, the person who gave me the food did not wear a mask and wiped her hands on her pants. It is no surprise that people are getting sick and dying. I strongly advise against eating at this establishment, located on South Tryon near TJ Maxx. Shouldn't we shut it down?

At the beckoning of my daughter wanted to try her nbn. I love Asian food, so we tried. we ordered a potsticker appetizer that was great. I had the shanghai noodles with bark meat and was actually too salty for me to eat. I would say I would go back, but that was done, this is just my assessment and sure others enjoy it. the few bites I had were good and I could probably ask if they had a lighter sodium sauce to use. Maybe again.

Black Friday shopping and dropping and they have some good items, but for example the Asian section was everything spicy except a court. The reason is that everything is prefabricated and in. All they do is prepare noodles...all sauces are the way the ship then in...pad thai should not season when they ask. for ram noodles and premade sauces it should also be cheaper. I was not a fan sincere. I could go back, but not out of this.

Honestly I have never had a problem with this place..Nothing but Noodles is fast,clean and food is delicious..My go to for lunch somedays..This dish is Noodles with Garlic sauce, Grilled Chicken,cheese and BroccoliVery affordable and did I say Delicious???Hands down I recommend this place.Customer Service is Great!!!!!I tip because they deserve it.I hope it doesn't change .Happy Customer here?
