We ordered the little paella and the pig with Chimichurri sauce. the portions were definitiw enough to satisfy two hungry adult with quite large appetit. the paella scored a 10 on the presentation and around a 7 8 on taste. it was, in my opinion, slightly dirty, but in general it was quite good. I asked for a hot sauce with mine. the black had even more tastes. big and quick service will try again their other dishes.

I have tried to find the right place to get paella, and thanks to one of my employees told me about this place! is absolutely beautiful, they have quality plates, the service is 10 out of 10. everything was perfect. I went there with my man, a daughter, the waiter jesús, was super attentive and always asked if we needed something.

I initially made a reservation for 4 people for Mother's Day, but ended up with 5 guests. The manager was extremely accommodating and quickly attended to our needs. The food was delicious and the service was the best I have experienced in Charlotte in years.

I met up with a friend for dinner at this restaurant. We started off with a drink at the bar before heading to our table. For appetizers, I ordered the gambas al ajillo and for my main course, I chose the meat paella. The food was incredibly delicious. A little background about myself: I have been making paella for 30 years, originally learning in Mexico and then perfecting the art in Spain. I typically don't order paella in restaurants in the USA as I am often disappointed. However, I decided to try the meat paella here as I had never heard of it before. In all my travels to Spain, I have never come across a meat paella and they rarely use chorizo, which I personally enjoy from my time in Mexico. The paella arrived in about 10 minutes, indicating that they must prepare several at a time due to its popularity. The taste was excellent and I finished every bite. The pan was approximately 7-8 inches in diameter, a generous portion for one person. They also offer a larger size for two people. If I had been dining with my wife, we would have ordered another dish to share. I would definitely return to this restaurant on a future visit to Charlotte.

I had the best server ever in Jesus. He had excellent knowledge of the menu, especially the wine menu. The tapas menu was excellent. I am taking off one star because the lambschuppen were overcooked and a bit tough. The pineapple upside-down cake is to die for. Highly recommended.
