Midwood Smokehouse - Charlotte

My wife and I visited the area for a quick getaway and were in search of a lunch spot. This restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel, so we decided to give it a shot. It was our first time dining there, and our server, Maury, provided us with some excellent recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious! We would definitely return if we find ourselves in Charlotte again.

The barbecue was fantastic, and portions were massive. The St. Louis ribs were incredibly tender. They also offer craft beers brewed right here in North Carolina. The service was excellent. Food rating: 4/5.

The decor is lovely, and our waitress was attentive and well-informed. The food was outstanding, and the service was impressive, with timely drink refills.

Traveling for work, this restaurant was recommended by a local. I'm glad! The well-fed was enough for 2 meals. The napkin says it best... Yes, I could tell they went the extra mile. The waiter was honest about the sides and recommended broccoli casserole over the mac-n-cheese and it was worth it. I will put this place on my list to come back to when in town.

Delicious food. I had the BBQ salmon with hush puppies and bacon wrapped jalapeno. Best restaurant salmon I 've ever had. Service was fast and friendly. I 'd definitely go back
