Lotus Chinese Cuisine - Charlotte

I have eating here at LOTUS Chinese Cuisine few time and even order foods to be delivery at my home. On September 20, 2009 I order two lunches and one of the lunches was old food. The rice was slimy, tasted spoil and smells bad. I call the restaurant and ask to speak to Manager and the person who answer the phone and said she was the manager. When I try to explain that the food they brought to my house was spoil, she hang-up the phone on me. I call back and she hang-up again. This happens about four times, 30 mins. Later I stated to fell sick and remember that I am a nursing mother. I’m new here to the Charlotte area and I know that I will not eat at LOTUS Chinese Cuisine again. I’m on my way to the Doctor because I want to be sure that my baby do not get sick too since he’s still nursing and I have already vomited twice.

The chicken fried rice is EXCELLENT. I love the real chicken in it. Usually I have to ask them to fry the chicken wings just a little bit more. Overall the food is pretty good.

Food is great! Huge portions, and they deliver to UNCC Area. The crispy scallion chicken is unreal...get it with all white meat! Love the shrimp fried rice also!! Great food and they get here pretty quick with it. Been ordering from here for a while now...

Used to go here a lot and was good. Recently returned and had the worst meal I have ever eaten. Very stange (bad) flavor in all the food. Hot and Sour soup seemed very wartered down. I think this place is past it's days. Everything now is run down and dirty. Place is run and food prepared by all young kids.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and they never let me down. Their food is fantastic, and the staff is friendly. The interiors are kept clean, which I really appreciate. Did I mention how great their food is? The chicken wings are absolutely the best, and the portion sizes are generous for the price. Trust me, they are really worth it! Give it a try yourself. Plus, they're always busy, which means a lot of people enjoy their food!
