Longhorn Steakhouse - Charlotte

Would be a star, but I would like to save her because I left several times and had good experiences. today, quite opposite. salat was soggy, steak had “love” to be supposed to be lemon butter sauce that is supposed to come on all steaks. I also asked for extra butter and didn't get it. the server left us unattended, I had to ask for him at a few moments, not including a hospitable that I fed with. long story short I will never return to this place or recommend any of my friends or family to him. the manager asked if I wanted something else, but they ruined my appetit.

She made our birthday dinner worth wild. she can be a secret for those who plan a special evening. Thanks again. the food I ordered was great. pork chops were perfect for me. I couldn't get enough of the brussel sprouts. I wish I ordered double. the mac and the cheese were also delicious. the birthday dessert was also good. all about great experience. I only interacted with one staff member and she was awesome! She was helpful, friendly and seem to be great at her job! My dinner was very tasty. My food was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed my meal.
