After each customer left, the waitstaff and manager cleared the table and cleaned it by wiping it down with the used napkin linens that customers had used to wipe their mouths during the meal. I witnessed this happening repeatedly. This practice is not hygienic, especially considering the current COVID situation. I have been carrying disinfectant wipes with me since the start of the pandemic. I took out several wipes and cleaned my table before washing my hands, as we had already waited in a long line and placed our order.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding! The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Every visit is a delightful experience. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The pho broth is absolutely amazing, and it has set the bar so high that other pho places don't compare.
