Jyoti's World Cuisine - Charlotte

The Vegan food here at Jyoti's is by far one of my best flavorful, and best tasting restaurants in the city. Must try the Ethiopian with beyond sausage. It is so delicious and the curry sauce is out of this world on just about every dish I have tried. I order the Thai Malay Curry just about every other week on Friday.

Food so good! Customer service is A1!!! Wouldn't recommend the peach cobbler .. but definitely would recommend the pineapple cake all the cookies ! Super clean! Very Superb place!

I have been wanting to come here forever. I used to shop at their grocery store Tally's Green Grocer on East Blvd (where Fresh Market is now) in the 90's. I also took cooking classes there also from Jyoti. I left Charlotte for almost 20 years and when I came back I was disappointed to learn Tally's was closed, but happy to find out about this restaurant! The menu is enormous, with so many amazing options, both vegan and vegetarian, from all over the World (hence the name). It was a struggle to decide what to get but I do live a bahn mi sandwich so I chose that with jackfruit for my protein. I had not tried jackfruit up until then and it did not disappoint, the sandwich was delicious and fresh with slightly acidic and herbaceous notes-and the bread was perfect, as were the FRIES!! I love fries and these were SO good! Some of the best in Charlotte,in my opinion. My fiancé got the Cuban and the super yummy, fresh and crispy fries. The service was also on point and it was fairly busy for a Sunday evening around 4:45. They properly socially distanced and staff had masks. We will be back as soon as possible to try many other options.

We're long time customers of Jyoti's and Woodlands before them. The new ownership has expanded the menu, with all types of delicious treats, but I find myself continually ordering dosas and curries, the best! Glass top tables with linen napkins is a nice addition as well as the new artwork. The food is delicious to say the least, and the presentation continues to be beautiful. Service is always with a smile! Thank you!

I ordered for first time here and was excited to try it just to find out the impossible burger was under done and the sauce they top the burger with wasn't good no salt or pepper was used to flavor the burger it was messy and not satisfying I threw burger away but the upside was the Cajun French fries were good
