Hot Taco - Charlotte

We had to wait for a table, even though the Panthers game had ended an hour before we arrived. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options on the menu. Our order was correct and served promptly. Our waitress was friendly, checking on us regularly and refilling our drinks.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday and while the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. It took a long time to get our drinks despite the restaurant being half empty. I received my order first, but my friends had to wait 30 minutes for their food. One of my friends didn't get her two tacos until an hour after I had finished my meal. We had to request to have her meal and drink comped, which I found disappointing considering the long wait. The manager did not offer a sincere apology. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Came here for my birthday expecting to have a nice dinner with my friends, ended up waiting 2 hours for all of us to get our meals. When our bills came to the table everything was added to the wrong ticket. Had to wait another 30 minutes for everythingto get fixed. I will not be coming back here.

It took the bartender 10 minutes to clean the space at the bar where we were seated. She initially said she would be right back but ended up taking other customers' drink orders first. I had to ask another staff member to clean the space for us. Overall, the customer service was lackluster and we were not satisfied.

I am surprised by the reviews because my food and service was delicious! I wanted to come back. You'll get a bang for your ass. Love this place!
