Had the Banh Mi. What a flavorful sandwich. I was really surprised how well all the ingredients mixed together. Also had a red velvet shake. Nice and not too sugary.

A cozy place inside of the store with great quality tastes of love. The atmosphere is calming. They are awesome, welcoming and very happy. Thank you my family's new go to place.

I have been coming to this place a lot before and I’m surprised the size of the bubble tea is reduced and getting more expensive. I liked the honeydew and pistachio bubble tea. Not sure if I will be back…

Simply delicious! Not much more to say! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I used to come here a lot. My teenage daughter loves the tea and dumplings and I would get a sandwich. I can echo the sentiments of others about reduction in amount of tea and ever rising prices, but the reason I have stopped giving them my business is on more than one occasion they have added to my to credit card purchase after settlement. I've made sure to round with tip to an even number and when I check my credit card statement they've added between one and 2 dollars to the purchase after I've authorized it. No matter the amount, that is theft. And it's a dirty business practice. I was spending about 40 dollars a week there and will not go again. If you go, pay cash.
