Good Wurst Company - Charlotte

The driver took a very long time to get the order to me when the place I ordered from was right around the corner!!! The cold food was warm and the hot food was cold! Very bad experience!!

Wrong drink. Food was cold. Looked like she did a bunch of drop offs before mine

Driver was great,food was not good wouldn't order what I ordered again…

We put in an order for 1 sandwich and 1 order of tots. There was no line, a few people trickled in here and there. 25 minutes later I walked up to the cashier and asked about our order, he said sorry, we have too many online orders true that, the drivers for GrubHub , door dash or Uber eats were in and out in minutes. There was a couple behind us waiting almost an hour for two sandwiches. The staff was rude and disrespectful when I asked for a refund. Apparently they don 't care for the people in the restaurant and only focus on delivery. ???
